Construction (non-contentious) Lawyer - NQ - 3 PQE - Birmingham | September 2026 Qualifiers Welcome to Apply! We are working with a leading Birmingham-based international law firm to grow their highly regarded construction team. They are seeking ambitious lawyers from the NQ level (including 2026 qualifiers) up to 3 PQE, with opportunities to work on a broad range of non-contentious construction projects. Some exposure to construction disputes can also be provided if preferred. The Team and Work The Birmingham construction team provides top-quality advice to an enviable client base, including regional and national developers, contractors, public sector bodies, and registered providers. The team handles a full range of construction matters, from domestic housing and regeneration projects to large-scale infrastructure and decarbonisation initiatives. You will gain exposure to procurement, risk management, development agreements, and some construction disputes, while working alongside experienced partners and cross-office colleagues to deliver high-impact solutions.
