Real Estate Solicitor | NQ - 1 PQE | National Law Firm | Birmingham/Hybrid BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a leading national law firm seeking to recruit a junior Real Estate Solicitor (NQ - 1 PQE) into its highly regarded Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice with a strong reputation across investment, asset management and occupier work, offering high-quality matters and early responsibility. The Opportunity You will join a successful and collaborative Real Estate team, working closely with Partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of commercial property matters. The role offers exposure to investment work, asset management and corporate occupier matters, acting for a diverse client base including property funds, offshore investors, national retailers and SMEs. Your role will include: · Supporting on investment acquisitions and disposals, including portfolio transactions · Managing landlord and tenant matters such as leases, agreements for lease, licences to assign and licences to alter · Advising clients on asset management across a range of property portfolios · Assisting with corporate support work, including property aspects of wider transactions · Supporting on financing and refinancing transactions, including certificates of title · Working closely with clients to deliver practical, commercially focused advice · Collaborating with colleagues across legal and wider property advisory teams You'll be part of a nationally recognised team known for its technical excellence, commercial approach and strong client relationships.
