Senior Family Lawyer (5-10 years' PQE) | Regional Law Firm | Nottingham | High-Net-Worth Private Family Work BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting a highly regarded regional law firm seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join their busy Nottingham team. This is an exciting growth opportunity for a confident, commercially minded lawyer with 5-10 years' PQE looking to work on high-net-worth and complex private family cases. The role: As a key member of the Family team, you will manage a diverse, high-quality caseload, including: · High-net-worth financial remedy negotiations and proceedings · Children Act matters · TOLATA claims · International family law cases · Injunctive proceedings and preventative work You will work closely with partners to drive cases forward, contribute to the team's strategy, and support junior team members in their professional development. There is scope to develop a specialist area of interest and proactively contribute to business development in the local and regional market.
