Real Estate Associate | 1-3 PQE | National Law Firm | Birmingham BCL Legal is pleased to be assisting a highly regarded national law firm in seeking a Real Estate Associate with 1-3 years' PQE to join its growing Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly rated and award-winning national practice, working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters. The Role As a Real Estate Associate, you would: · Advise a diverse client base including developers, investors, occupiers, lenders and public sector organisations. · Work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions, asset management and development projects. · Assist on complex commercial property transactions, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice to clients. · Gain exposure to a variety of sectors and work with an impressive portfolio of national and regional clients. · Work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on high-quality transactions, developing your technical expertise and commercial understanding. · Build strong client relationships and develop your experience in managing matters and delivering excellent client service. · Work collaboratively as part of an established and growing Birmingham team, supported by a wider national Real Estate practice of over 200 lawyers. · Benefit from early responsibility, excellent training and the opportunity to develop your career within a successful national practice. About You To be successful in your application for this Real Estate Associate vacancy, you will have: · Between 1-3 years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor. · Strong commercial real estate experience gained within a reputable commercial property practice. · Experience in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and/or asset management. · Good technical ability and the confidence to manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters. · Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues. · A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine ambition to develop your career within a leading Real Estate team.
