Non Contentious Restructuring Solicitor- 1-5 PQE - Manchester Restructuring Solicitor required for a highly regarded national firm with excellent quality and varied work. More on the firm and the team - Offer the full range of non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters - Market leading restructuring team - highly ranked in the legal 500 - A friendly collegiate place to work, where having a life outside work is actively encouraged - Well liked in the Manchester legal community - Regularly attracts top tier lawyers who are drawn to the quality of work and better work life balance The role: - Dealing with the full remit of non contentious transactional restructuring work -You will be working on non-contentious, accelerated M&A and corporate advisory matters and will support on projects for: secured creditors, asset-based lenders, invoice discounters, financial institutions, panel clients and surety bond providers; local and national restructuring accountants, insolvency practitioners, turnaround specialists and independent restructuring advisors; boards of directors, regulatory bodies and other executive functions - Work closely with Partners providing national support on project work. - You will be given plenty of support & ongoing training as the team are keen to progress people. The candidate: - 1-5 years PQE Restructuring Solicitor - Restructuring and insolvency experience gained with a recognised commercial practice or in-house - Someone who likes to work as part of a team in a collaborative style - You will ideally be experienced supporting distressed corporate transactions or involvements in accelerated M&A.
