Great opportunity for a real estate solicitor to join an international firm in Liverpool city centre The Role - This is an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor(candidates qualifying this year will be considered) to join a highly ranked, well regarded international firm, based in Liverpool, as part of their continued growth. - This is a dynamic and growing international firm with a strong reputation for quality legal services. -They act for landowners, occupiers, developers, funders, contractors and professionals across the sector. The team are also regularly instructed by landlords and tenants within the institutional, telecoms, corporate, retail and public sectors - including education and local government. -This is an opportunity to gain experience working across the spectrum of real estate work, including high-value acquisitions and disposals and refinance of end user and investment property (freehold and leasehold), acting for financial institutions, reviewing, reporting and advising on title matters, preparing and signing lender Certificates of Title. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with development work. -You will work with a varied and highly sought after client base including occupiers, developers, funders, contractors and professionals across the sector.
