Property Paralegal/Legal Executive- Residential development- Manchester City Centre A national law firm with the biggest residential development team in the UK is seeking am ambitious property paralegal or legal execuive to join the team in Manchester City Centre. They are looking to recruit a Cantonese speaking paralegal or legal executive to be based in Manchester(with hybrid working) and work alongside the other specialist solicitors in their Exhibitions team, based in Hong Kong. The Role will involve: · The team specialise in selling plots/ developments/ land in the UK to investors in Hong Kong. · Preparation of contracts. · Title examination. · Due diligence involved in buying a development site including carrying out site visits. · Attending contract meetings with clients to negotiate contract documents, depending on experience. · Attending business development and networking opportunities. · Attending local Exhibitions if required.
