A top-tier UK law firm is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Associate (2+ PQE) to join its nationally recognised Housebuilder Team, part of one of the UK's largest and most respected real estate practices. You will support clients through the full development cycle, helping acquire both immediate and strategic land for residential development, while developing long-term client relationships with leading names in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Advising national and regional housebuilders on the acquisition of land for residential development
Drafting, negotiating, and managing a range of real estate contracts and development agreements
Supporting senior lawyers and partners on complex and high-value transactions
Working directly with clients to deliver pragmatic, commercial advice in line with their business goals
Assisting in business development activities and representing the firm at industry events
Collaborating across a national real estate team to deliver seamless client service
Candidate Profile:
UK qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in commercial or residential real estate, ideally with experience in land acquisition or development
Exposure to housebuilder or developer clients is highly desirable but not essential
Strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and commercial awareness
Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for client engagement
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to business development
