An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a skilled Banking and Finance Solicitor (2-6 years PQE) to join the highly regarded regional banking practice of a leading international law firm, working from the Manchester office.

The Role:
You will join a dynamic, market-leading team with exposure to an enviable client base and a wide variety of structured finance and banking transactions. While specific experience in asset-based lending, receivables finance or invoice finance is desirable, candidates with a strong general banking and LMA background are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising major UK and international lenders and borrowers on syndicated and bilateral lending transactions.
Acting for banks, alternative lenders, and financial institutions across ABL, real estate finance, leveraged and corporate lending matters.
Supporting high-profile borrower-side mandates, from listed corporates to private equity portfolio companies.
Collaborating with national and international colleagues on multi-jurisdictional deals.
Taking an active role in growing and shaping the regional asset-based lending practice.
About You:
The firm is seeking a technically strong, commercially astute lawyer who enjoys collaborative working and has the drive to contribute to a growing and ambitious team.
Ideal candidates will:
Have 2-6 years' post-qualification experience in banking and finance, gained at a recognised UK or international firm.
Demonstrate familiarity with LMA documentation and general corporate lending structures.
Possess a strong interest (or experience) in receivables finance, ABL or structured finance.
Be a confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
Display a proactive mindset and a desire to work on market-leading transactions with national significance.
