An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor (or above) to join the Construction team of a highly respected national law firm, based in Liverpool. The Role: You'll work on a wide range of matters, including: Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (JCT, NEC4, etc.) Advising on procurement and risk management strategies Assisting in dispute resolution matters, including adjudication, mediation, and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court Supporting client relationships and business development efforts You'll join a collaborative, well-established team that is regularly recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers UK.
