Real Estate Paralegal - Manchester or Liverpool - Top-Tier Firm- MUST HAVE 6 MONTHS REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE A leading international law firm is seeking to expand its Legal Services Unit with the addition of Real Estate Paralegals across its Manchester and Liverpool offices. The firm has multiple openings at both Assistant Paralegal and Paralegal level, making this a great move whether you have 6+ months' real estate experience or are a more seasoned paralegal looking to take the next step. What you'll be doing: You'll be working closely with a specialist team supporting high-profile clients in the energy and utilities sectors on a broad range of real estate acquisition matters. This includes the purchase and leasing of sub-stations, radio sites, wayleaves, easements, and related title work. Typical responsibilities will include: Managing a busy caseload with direct client contact Drafting acquisition documents, reviewing title, and negotiating with counterparties Supporting file opening and compliance procedures (e.g. AML checks, retainer letters) Working with data rooms and maintaining online trackers Handling completions and post-completion processes including registrations and reporting What they're looking for: 6+ months' real estate experience (Assistant Paralegal level) or solid transactional experience (Paralegal level) Confident communication skills and strong attention to detail A team-oriented approach with the ability to manage deadlines effectively Experience with property transactions, title review and client liaison is highly desirable Why apply?
