Legal Director - Real Estate Location: Manchester or Liverpool An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially astute Legal Director to join the real estate team of a top-tier international law firm. With offices across the UK and a significant global presence, this firm is renowned for its high-quality legal services, collaborative culture, and forward-thinking approach. Based in Manchester or Liverpool, this role will see you working closely with an experienced Partner on a wide range of real estate matters, including investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with major UK and international pension funds, financial institutions, and global investors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a varied caseload of high-value real estate transactions. Support strategic team development and business growth initiatives. Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to their ongoing development. Maintain and enhance relationships with key institutional clients. Ideal Candidate Profile: A qualified solicitor ( 5 PQE+) with significant experience in a well-regarded real estate practice. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and support team members. Strong client relationship management skills and commercial awareness.
