Corporate Associate - Manchester PQE: 1-5 years | An established, award-winning international commercial law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join their Manchester office. The Team: The Corporate team spans offices across the UK, advising clients on: Mergers & acquisitions Private equity Equity capital markets Business sales Joint ventures Corporate reorganisations The Role: You will support and lead on a range of corporate matters, including: M&A and disposal transactions Public company transactions (IPOs, equity fundraisers) Due diligence exercises and disclosure processes Drafting and negotiating transaction documents Corporate restructurings, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and LLP agreements Business development and tender support This role offers early client exposure and opportunities to work on significant corporate deals across multiple sectors.
