They are seeking experienced corporate lawyers (2 PQE+) offering an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile deals while receiving strong mentorship and support. About the Firm Established for over 20 years, the firm works with a range of high-calibre clients, from SMEs to larger owner-managed businesses. The team includes a number of former international and national lawyers, giving it a strong depth of expertise. A solid reputation ensures a steady flow of client referrals. Key areas of work include M&A, business sales, IPOs, debt and equity funding, corporate structuring, group restructures, joint ventures, and family business succession. The Role Positions are being created as part of the firm's expansion, with flexibility to focus on either corporate work or a mixed corporate/commercial caseload. Corporate highlights include advising on private equity investments, employee ownership trust transactions, multiple law firm acquisitions, and rounds of litigation funding.
