Residential Development Partner - National Firm | Manchester An opportunity for an existing Partner or Senior Associate looking to take a step up to Salaried Partner An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Residential Development Partner or Senior Associate to join a market-leading national property team. This is an excellent chance for a senior lawyer to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and growing firm. The Role You will be joining one of the largest Real Estate teams in the UK, ranked highly in both Chambers and The Legal 500. The firm is renowned for its expertise across all areas of commercial property law, and the role will focus on a broad range of housebuilder work. You will have the opportunity to work on high-quality, complex projects, representing some of the UK's largest and most prestigious housebuilders. Key Responsibilities: · Handle a diverse range of residential development matters, from land acquisition and planning to construction, site set-up, and plot conveyancing. · Work alongside highly respected leaders in the sector, gaining exposure to a wide range of clients including major national housebuilders and developers. · Play an active role in the firm's ongoing growth and business development. Who We're Looking For · Experience: Ideally, you'll have at least 10 years PQE, with established relationships in the residential development sector. However, the firm is also open to considering Senior Associates looking to step up to Salaried Partner who can demonstrate the necessary skills and drive. · Client Following: While a client following is highly desirable, the firm will consider candidates without one, provided you have a strong track record in client development and relationship management. · Business Development: You'll need a proven ability to generate business and a clear vision for growing your practice. · Client Relationships: You should have gravitas with clients and be known for building and maintaining long-term, meaningful relationships.
