This role is ideal for a solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE who is ambitious, commercially minded, and looking to progress their career by working on high-profile corporate transactions. You will gain exposure to M&A, Private Equity, and Equity Capital Markets work, supporting clients across the full transaction lifecycle. The role offers the chance to manage complex deals, contribute to business development initiatives, and help shape the future of the corporate team. The Team The corporate team is nationally recognised for its expertise and collaborative culture, advising a wide range of clients on complex corporate matters. The Person The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-6 years' PQE in corporate law.
