The team work on a wide range of commercial property matters, including landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, development, and portfolio management. The role can be tailored to suit your specific interests and expertise, giving you the opportunity to work on high-quality transactions while building client relationships and developing your career. Key Responsibilities · Build and maintain strong client relationships across a range of property matters. · Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality, commercially focused advice. · Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the practice. · Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the team. Skills & Experience · Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with relevant experience in commercial property law. · Strong technical knowledge across any of the following- landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, development, and portfolio management. · Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to deliver clear, practical advice to clients. · Ambition to progress within a growing team and take on responsibility. · Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
