This role is ideally suited to a transactional lawyer with 2-4 years' post-qualification experience, looking to work on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, capital markets, and private equity. You will gain exposure to complex transactions, supporting Partners, Senior Associates, and the wider national team, while developing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Team The corporate team is nationally recognised, with 100 lawyers across the UK advising on all types of corporate activity. Locally in Manchester, you'll join a collaborative team of Partners, Legal Directors, Senior Associates, and Associates. The team provides a nurturing environment with clear long-term progression opportunities. The Person You will be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-4 years' PQE and experience across a broad range of corporate matters.
