This role is ideal for an Associate with experience in project finance and corporate finance, looking to work on high-profile infrastructure projects such as offshore wind, hospitals, data centres, and transport schemes. You will provide strategic advice on project finance, loan agreements, debt/equity structures, and other complex financial arrangements, while developing your career in a fast-growing, high-impact practice. The Team The Infrastructure, Projects and Energy team is nationally recognised, consistently ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers. Locally in Manchester, you'll join a collaborative team of Partners, Legal Directors, Senior Associates, and Associates. The team offers a supportive environment, with strong development programmes and clear long-term progression opportunities. The Person You will be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with relevant experience in project finance, banking, or infrastructure projects.
