The Role Working closely with partners and fee-earners across the real estate group, you will play a key role in driving technical excellence and innovation within the team. Responsibilities will include: Acting as a go-to contact for technical real estate queries Developing and maintaining precedents and know-how resources Designing and delivering training programmes for lawyers at all levels Monitoring and communicating legal and regulatory developments Collaborating with innovation and legal tech teams to embed new tools and smarter ways of working This is a highly visible role offering the chance to influence both legal thinking and future-facing delivery models.
