Senior Associate - Occupiers, Telecoms & Infrastructure | Manchester or Liverpool The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a growing Occupiers, Telecoms, and Infrastructure team. This role is perfect for a skilled and commercially-minded real estate lawyer with experience in telecoms, infrastructure, or corporate occupier matters. You will support the wider Real Estate team by acting for major telecoms operators, infrastructure providers, and corporate occupier clients, handling a varied caseload that reflects the evolving needs of these industries. This position plays a key role in developing and growing client relationships, as well as ensuring the quality of service across the team. You'll be based in Manchester or Liverpool, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement. The Team The Occupiers, Telecoms, and Infrastructure team is part of a national real estate practice, providing expert advice across a wide range of sectors. You'll be joining a collaborative team with a focus on long-term development and career progression. The Person You will be a qualified solicitor with 4 years' PQE+ and experience in telecoms, infrastructure, or corporate occupier law. The following attributes will help you succeed in this role: Strong experience in managing your own caseload of telecoms and/or landlord and tenant matters. A solid understanding of the Electronic Communications Code or a desire to develop expertise in this area. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with high attention to detail. Confident, personable, and excellent at managing relationships with stakeholders and clients. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively and maximise efficiency. A collaborative approach, with the ability to support and mentor junior team members. Proven ability to manage complex transactions with multiple stakeholders.
