Associate/Senior Associate - Asset Finance | Manchester Leading Team | 3+ PQE The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a market-leading Asset Finance team in Manchester. This role offers the chance to work on high-value, complex asset finance and leasing transactions for a diverse client base, including financial institutions and lessees/borrowers. You'll gain exposure to both domestic and international matters, spanning multiple sectors such as transport and energy. Key Role Highlights: Focus: A broad range of asset finance matters, including finance leasing, receivables finance, debt finance, and vendor finance. Clients: Work with major banks, corporates, alternative funders, and international organisations. Expertise: Collaborate with renowned Partners in a team recognised for its depth of expertise, particularly in aviation and maritime finance. Variety: Work on a variety of asset types, including rolling stock, aviation, marine vessels, telecommunications, and medical equipment. What They're Looking For: Experience: At least 3 years PQE with experience in asset finance, particularly finance leasing, receivables finance, and debt finance. Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities and experience managing complex transactions.
