Corporate Solicitor - NQ-1 PQE - (candidates qualifying this September encouraged to apply!) We are working on an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded corporate team in Manchester. About the Role: The team advises SMEs and owner-managed businesses on a broad range of corporate transactions. The practice has an excellent reputation in the North West market and is recognised in the Legal 500. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide variety of high-quality work, including M&A transactions, complex corporate reorganisations, and AIM matters. The role offers a strong mix of sell-side and buy-side work, providing excellent breadth of experience. What You'll Do: · Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and general corporate advisory matters. · Work closely with experienced Partners on high-quality M&A and AIM transactions. · Build strong relationships with SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and other key stakeholders. · Take on increasing levels of responsibility and client contact as you progress within the team. · Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the practice. The Ideal Candidate: · NQ-1 PQE (candidates qualifying this September encouraged to apply!) · Strong corporate transactional experience gained at a reputable law firm. · Excellent technical and commercial awareness. · A collaborative approach with strong interpersonal and client management skills. · Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to develop within a growing team. · Keen to work within a supportive environment that offers genuine progression opportunities.
