Senior Real Estate Finance Lawyer | Manchester city centre We are working with a well-regarded UK commercial law firm with a strong reputation for high-quality transactional work and a loyal, established client base. About the Role: This opportunity sits within a highly respected and growing Real Estate Finance team, known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships and high-quality work. The firm offers a supportive and approachable environment, alongside a strong work-life balance compared with many larger City practices, while still providing exposure to complex and high-value transactions. Due to continued growth, the team is looking to appoint a senior Real Estate Finance lawyer to take a leading role within the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner to step into a position with real autonomy, involvement in business development, and the chance to play a key role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers. The role will involve acting on a broad range of real estate finance matters, primarily acting for lenders on complex property finance transactions, and taking responsibility for matters from inception through to completion.
