This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions, working alongside experienced partners within a nationally recognised practice. The Opportunity You'll become part of a collaborative and well-established Corporate team advising clients across a wide range of sectors, including high-growth businesses, investors, management teams, entrepreneurs and established companies. The work includes complex domestic and cross-border transactions, providing excellent exposure to sophisticated corporate matters. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys managing transactions, building long-term client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of a successful Corporate practice. Key Responsibilities As a Corporate Senior Associate, your responsibilities will include: Leading the day-to-day management of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other corporate transactions. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of corporate transaction documents. Managing transactions from instruction through to successful completion. Acting as a trusted adviser and principal point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process. Working closely with partners and colleagues across multiple offices to deliver seamless client service. Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, supporting their technical and professional development. Playing an active role in business development, networking and identifying new opportunities. Contributing to the continued success and growth of the Corporate team. About You To be successful, you will ideally have: Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years' PQE. Strong experience advising on corporate law, particularly M&A transactions. Experience managing transactions with appropriate senior supervision. Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management skills. Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach. Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities. A collaborative attitude and an interest in mentoring junior colleagues. A genuine enthusiasm for business development and networking.
