We are working with a highly regarded national law firm looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Knowledge Lawyer to join its growing national Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Corporate solicitor looking to move into a knowledge-focused role, combining strong technical legal expertise with legal technology, AI, innovation and knowledge management.
The Opportunity
You will:
· Provide technical legal support and guidance to lawyers across the Corporate team
· Develop, maintain and enhance corporate precedents, know-how resources and automated document suites
· Deliver engaging legal updates, training sessions and thought leadership to colleagues and clients
· Capture and analyse know-how from transactions to support continuous improvement across the practice
· Champion the use of legal technology, document automation and AI
· Work closely with Knowledge, Technology and Digital teams on innovation projects
· Support business development activity, including pitches, tenders and client-facing materials
· Monitor legal, regulatory, policy and market developments and identify opportunities to enhance client services
· Play an active role in shaping how the Corporate team delivers legal services through knowledge and innovation

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 years' PQE, with significant experience in a strong Corporate practice. You will have excellent technical and commercial knowledge, alongside a genuine interest in knowledge management, legal technology, AI and innovation.
Experience with legal technology and/or document automation tools would be advantageous, together with excellent communication, research, drafting and project management skills.
