This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance Solicitor looking to develop their career within a growing team, advising a diverse client base on a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions. With a particular focus on asset-based lending and receivables finance, the team offers exposure to high-quality work for major UK clearing banks, specialist lenders, alternative finance providers and corporate borrowers. The role provides a varied and commercially focused workload, exposure to complex financing structures and the opportunity to build strong client relationships. The Opportunity You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of banking and finance matters, advising lenders, borrowers, financial institutions, investors and alternative finance providers. Your work is likely to include: · Advising on asset-based lending facilities and receivables financing. · General corporate lending and bilateral facilities. · Acquisition finance and real estate finance. · Syndicated and cross-border financing transactions. · Securitisation and debt capital markets matters. · Drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documentation and ancillary transaction documents. · Advising on complex financing arrangements involving banks, specialist lenders, debt funds and corporate clients. · Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Finance practice and other practice areas. · Developing client relationships and understanding clients' commercial objectives and financing requirements. · Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. You will work closely with experienced Finance Partners and colleagues, gaining exposure to sophisticated clients and a varied range of domestic and international transactions. The team has a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused advice on complex financing matters and offers an excellent platform for lawyers looking to deepen their technical expertise, develop their market profile and take on greater responsibility as their career progresses. About You The ideal candidate will be a Finance Solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE, looking to take the next step in their career within an established and growing practice. You will ideally have experience in areas such as: · Banking and finance transactions. · Asset-based lending and receivables finance. · Corporate lending and bilateral facilities. · Acquisition finance and/or real estate finance. · Syndicated and cross-border financing arrangements. · Drafting and negotiating finance and ancillary transaction documentation. · Advising lenders, borrowers and other financial stakeholders. · Managing transactions and developing client relationships. Experience in asset-based lending or receivables finance would be particularly advantageous. However, candidates with a broader banking and finance background who are keen to develop their expertise in these areas are also encouraged to apply. You will be technically strong, commercially minded and client-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team environment. A proactive approach to business development and an interest in contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice will also be beneficial.
