This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Solicitor looking to develop their career within one of the market's leading construction practices, gaining exposure to high-quality non-contentious work for an impressive client base across real estate development, energy, infrastructure, utilities and regeneration. The Opportunity: You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex construction and development matters, advising major clients across a variety of sectors. Your work is likely to include: · Drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC and bespoke construction and engineering contracts · Advising on major real estate development and regeneration projects · Construction procurement strategies and project delivery · Advising developers, contractors, funders and public sector clients · Construction matters relating to energy, infrastructure, utilities and transport projects · Advising on contractual risk and project-related issues · Supporting complex commercial developments and high-value projects You will work closely with highly regarded Partners and Managing Associates, gaining exposure to sophisticated clients and complex, high-value projects. The role offers excellent opportunities to take responsibility for your own matters, develop client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice, with strong support from experienced lawyers within the team. About You: The ideal candidate will be a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (1-5 PQE) with experience in real estate development and a strong interest in working on complex construction and engineering matters. You will ideally have experience across areas such as: · Non-contentious construction and engineering matters · Drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC and bespoke construction contracts · Real estate development and commercial projects · Construction procurement and project delivery · Advising on contractual risk and project documentation · Major development, infrastructure or energy projects You will be technically strong, commercially minded and keen to develop your client-facing skills while working on high-quality matters within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
