Practice Manager

Practice Manager We're working with a North West regional law firm who are seeking a Practice Manager to join their well established and successful team. As a key member of the firm, you will ensure that systems and controls are in place to enable the firm to comply with their obligations under the SRA and the other relevant legislation, regulations and rules. Alongside liaising with the wider departments and finance division. Responsibilities to include: * Overseeing their main Lancashire based office with occasional travel to their other offices in the North West * Working closely with the board and having involvement in COLP/COFA duties * Reviewing and implementing systems and processes * Providing operational management/support Requirements * Experience in a senior position i.e Practice Management, COLP / COFA, Operations On offer * Competitive salary commensurate with level and experience * Hybrid / flexible working BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
