The Role: You will join an expert clinical negligence team dealing with a caseload of high-value, multi-track claims, many of which are complex and medically intricate. The firm is known for taking on challenging cases and fighting for justice for clients who have suffered avoidable harm. You'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to resolution, supported by experienced colleagues and a highly effective operational team that allows lawyers to focus on legal work - not admin.
