Clinical Negligence Solicitor - REMOTE A leading, specialist clinical negligence firm with a national presence is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with particular experience or interest in birth injury claims. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded team, working on complex and often high-value obstetric cases. The Role: You'll join an expert team with a strong reputation for its work in cerebral palsy, neonatal brain injury, and wrongful birth claims. You'll manage your own caseload of birth injury matters (depending on experience) and assist senior solicitors on catastrophic and multi-million-pound claims. The firm is committed to providing top-tier client care, and their caseloads are structured to allow solicitors the time to focus on each individual case without volume pressure.
