Associate - Health & Care Regulatory (4+ PQE) National Law Firm - Hybrid - Multiple UK Offices BCL Legal is working with a highly regarded national firm seeking to recruit an Associate (4+ PQE) into its expanding Health & Care Regulatory team. The Role You will advise clients across the health, social care, education and housing sectors, spanning both contentious and non-contentious matters. This is a diverse and intellectually stimulating area of practice, with regular opportunities for advocacy and client interaction. Work will include: - Managing a varied caseload of litigation and advisory matters - Advocacy at inquests, Court of Protection hearings, and Tribunals - Advising on safeguarding, patient safety, serious incident response, CQC/HSE inspection and enforcement, and related regulatory matters - Supporting clients with education and children law issues - Playing an active role in client care and business development About You The successful candidate will ideally have: - At least 4 years' PQE - Experience in health, social care, or education law (or a strong interest in developing this expertise) - Excellent technical and analytical skills, with a practical and commercial mindset - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to client work - A proactive attitude towards business development and building long-term client relationships The Firm & Culture Lawyers at this firm highlight the people as the key reason they enjoy working here.
