Real Estate Associate - Leading International Firm (Dallas) BCL Legal is working with a prestigious international law firm that is seeking to recruit a talented Real Estate Associate for its Dallas office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial real estate transactions, ideally with exposure across a range of asset classes. You will be comfortable advising on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters, and will be looking to join a team that handles sophisticated, high-value transactions for major clients. Requirements: - 3+ years' commercial real estate transactional experience. - Strong academic background and training with a well-regarded law firm. - Experience across acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leases. - Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
