This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. About the Role: The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: - Corporate law - Mergers & acquisitions - Fund formation - Finance - Securities Candidates must have admission to the bar in the relevant state and demonstrate strong academic credentials as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
