In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and identifying new opportunities within both the Claimant and Defendant markets. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute bold strategies to fuel long-term success and drive market penetration. - Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities using data-led insights. - Develop powerful strategies to attract and retain clients, ensuring sustained revenue growth. - Maximise profitability through cross-selling and up-selling initiatives. - Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, equipping them with the tools and training to succeed. - Use CRM systems, Power BI, and analytics to monitor performance, refine strategies, and drive results. Ideal Experience: - 5+ years experience in business development, growth, or marketing, ideally within the personal injury or legal sectors. - Proven success in managing structured sales processes in competitive environments. - A deep understanding of the legal and insurance sectors. - Commercially sharp, innovative, and results-focused with a strategic mindset. - A confident communicator with an established social media presence and a track record of building strong relationships.
