Private Equity Associate | Austin, TX A leading international law firm is seeking a Private Equity Associate to join its Austin office. The role will focus on advising private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers and sellers, across a broad range of complex M&A transactions. Ideal candidates will have: -2-7 years' experience at a top-tier corporate law firm; -A strong deal sheet reflecting buy- and sell-side private equity or M&A work; -Excellent drafting, analytical, and project management skills; -A collaborative and detail-oriented approach; and -A Juris Doctor degree and active Texas Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly).
