Costs Lawyer / Costs Draftsperson | High-Value PI | Fully Remote I'm currently working with a forward-thinking firm that is looking to add an experienced Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson to its team. The role is fully remote and focused on high-value Personal Injury work, including complex Multi-Track and Catastrophic Injury claims. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys technically challenging costs work and wants the flexibility of working fully remotely. The role will involve: Preparing Bills of Costs on complex, high-value PI matters Advising fee earners on costs strategy, risk and recovery Dealing with Points of Dispute and Replies Negotiating costs and progressing matters through detailed assessment Providing costs support throughout the lifecycle of a claim Working on significant and high-profile cases What they're looking for: Strong experience in high-value PI costs Good technical knowledge of the CPR, Costs Practice Direction and relevant case law Confident drafting and negotiation skills Able to work autonomously in a fully remote environment Qualified Costs Lawyer preferred, although experienced Costs Draftspersons will also be considered On offer: Fully remote working Competitive salary depending on experience High-quality and technically interesting caseload Supportive and collaborative team Long-term stability and progression If you're a Costs Lawyer or experienced Costs Draftsperson with a background in high-value PI and would be interested in hearing more, drop me a message for a confidential chat.
