Senior Litigation Solicitor | Financial Mis-Selling | Lancashire I'm currently working with a rapidly growing, technology-driven law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Litigation Solicitor to join and help develop its expanding financial mis-selling practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced claimant litigator to take on a key role within a growing team, handling a varied caseload of financial services disputes whilst also contributing to the wider growth and development of the department. The work includes: * Financial mis-selling claims * Plevin matters * Irresponsible lending disputes * PCP motor finance litigation * Related consumer financial services litigation The firm is keen to speak with solicitors who have experience managing complex claimant litigation and supervising junior team members. Whilst financial mis-selling experience is preferred, strong commercial or civil litigators with an interest in developing within this area will also be considered. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play an active role in litigation strategy, process improvement and the continued growth of a highly ambitious practice. Key details: * Senior-level appointment * Lancashire-based office * Hybrid working available following probation, with additional flexibility available for the right candidate * Genuine opportunity to influence and shape a growing department If you'd be interested in a confidential discussion, please get in touch directly. BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
