Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer Manchester or Liverpool | Hybrid Working A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing team in either Manchester or Liverpool. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Shared ownership matters The successful candidate will be confident handling their own caseload with minimal supervision and will be passionate about delivering an excellent client service.
