Litigation Associate

A well-established boutique litigation firm in Dallas is looking to add a talented Litigation Associate with 2-3 years' experience to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice where you'll gain hands-on experience working closely with experienced trial lawyers on a broad range of complex commercial disputes. From day one, you'll enjoy meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and exposure to high-quality litigation matters. The Opportunity Handle a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions and discovery. Take and defend depositions, attend hearings and support trial preparation. Work directly with partners in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Build your advocacy and client management skills with genuine opportunities for progression. About You 2-3 years' litigation experience gained at a law firm. Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible for admission). Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills. Motivated to take ownership of your work and develop your litigation career. Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approach.
