Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Remote A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join an established and highly regarded team on a fully remote basis. This is a great opportunity for a claimant clinical negligence solicitor looking for a role where they can manage a quality caseload, work with a supportive team and continue to develop their experience. The Role You will handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, managing matters from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation. The role will include: Managing your own caseload of clinical negligence claims Assessing new and existing claims and advising clients on prospects Instructing medical experts and liaising with counsel where required Negotiating settlements and progressing matters through litigation where appropriate Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout their claims Working closely with colleagues across the wider team Contributing to the continued growth and development of the clinical negligence department About You You will be a qualified solicitor with experience in clinical negligence, ideally with a strong claimant background. The successful candidate will have good technical knowledge, be confident managing their own caseload and have excellent client care skills. You'll also need to be comfortable handling complex issues and explaining these clearly and sensitively to clients. This would suit someone who is proactive, commercially aware and looking for a long-term opportunity with an established team.
