Healthcare Transactions Associate - Houston A leading US law firm is looking to add a Healthcare Transactions Associate to its established Houston team. This is a strong opportunity for a 2-6 PQE corporate/M&A associate to join a nationally recognised healthcare practice, advising clients on sophisticated healthcare transactions, including healthcare and legal management services organisation matters. The role will involve: * Drafting and negotiating transaction documents * Managing due diligence processes * Coordinating specialist legal input * Working closely with senior lawyers and clients * Supporting and supervising junior associates The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate/M&A, with healthcare transactions experience strongly preferred. Private equity experience would also be of interest. The successful candidate will have strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound commercial judgment and the ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced transactional environment. Houston | 2-6 PQE | 3 days in office Candidates must be admitted, or eligible to waive into, the Texas Bar.
