Commercial Litigation Attorney

Senior Associate / Counsel - Commercial Litigation | Austin I'm currently working on an opportunity with a leading US law firm that is looking to add a Senior Associate or Counsel to its Austin office. The team is looking for someone with 7+ years' experience and a strong background in complex commercial litigation, ideally with experience within the healthcare and/or energy sectors. The role would suit someone with experience advising clients on complex regulatory and compliance matters, including areas such as healthcare reimbursement disputes and/or energy-related disputes, together with litigation experience before state and federal courts and regulatory bodies. They are looking for someone with strong analytical, drafting and communication skills, who is comfortable handling complex matters and developing trusted client relationships. Key requirements: 7+ years' relevant legal experience Strong complex commercial litigation background Experience within healthcare and/or energy preferred Experience advising on regulatory, compliance and/or industry-specific disputes Texas Bar admission required Large law firm experience preferred The team is looking for someone who is commercially minded, confident dealing directly with clients and enjoys working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
