This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded corporate practice handling sophisticated M&A transactions for an impressive client base, with exposure to complex, high-value deals and the opportunity to develop within an established team. The Opportunity The successful candidates will work on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions matters, advising clients on complex corporate transactions and working closely with experienced partners and colleagues across the practice. The firm is looking for associates with strong technical ability, solid transactional experience and the ambition to play an active role in a busy and sophisticated M&A practice. The Ideal Candidate - Mid-level or senior associate with a strong background in M&A and corporate transactions. - Experience advising on complex mergers, acquisitions and related transactional matters. - Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills. - Experience gained at a leading US law firm or similarly sophisticated corporate practice. - Admitted to the Texas Bar. - Commercially minded, with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
