Consumer Litigation Attorney

Consumer Litigation Counsel | Remote | Texas I'm working with a leading US law firm looking to add a Consumer Litigation Counsel to its team. This is a fully remote opportunity, with a focus on single-plaintiff litigation and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. The role would suit a Texas-admitted attorney with 5+ years' litigation experience, ideally covering consumer litigation, general litigation or employment litigation. The role: - Manage a high-volume caseload of single-plaintiff litigation matters. - Draft motions, pleadings and other court documents. - Work directly with opposing counsel, negotiate settlements and handle court appearances. - Take ownership of case strategy and progression through to resolution. - Benefit from substantive client contact and work closely with experienced attorneys. The ideal candidate: - 5+ years' general litigation experience, ideally involving single-plaintiff matters. - Experience in consumer litigation or Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) matters would be advantageous. - Strong drafting, negotiation and case management skills. - Experience gained within a reputable law firm.
