Consumer Financial Services Litigation Associate - Texas A leading US law firm is looking to appoint a Consumer Financial Services Litigation Associate to join its team, with opportunities across its Texas offices. The role would suit an attorney with 3+ years' litigation experience, ideally with exposure to consumer financial services disputes, loan servicing practices and credit reporting matters. You would represent banks, lenders, loan servicers and other financial services companies in a range of disputes, with responsibility for managing matters, handling discovery, gaining courtroom experience and working directly with clients. The team offers high-quality work within a collaborative environment, with scope to take ownership of matters and develop your practice. Requirements: - 3+ years' litigation experience - Strong research, writing, analytical and communication skills - Experience managing matters, discovery and court proceedings - Admission to the Texas Bar and in good standing - Strong academic and professional credentials - Compensation: $175,000-$250,000, depending on experience.
