Healthcare Regulatory Attorney

Texas | Healthcare Regulatory Associate | 4-8 PQE I'm working with a leading international law firm looking to strengthen its Healthcare Practice with the appointment of a Healthcare Regulatory Associate in Texas. The role will involve advising healthcare providers and industry participants on a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters, including: - Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute - Fraud and abuse, provider compensation and corporate practice of medicine - Provider and facility licensing and government payor enrolment - Billing, reimbursement and overpayment matters - Regulatory compliance, audits and investigations - Telehealth - Healthcare regulatory due diligence in connection with M&A transactions The firm is particularly interested in attorneys with substantial experience advising hospitals, health systems, physician groups and other healthcare providers, alongside strong transactional due diligence experience. Experience: 4-8 years Locations: Dallas or Houston Salary: $290,000-$390,000, depending on experience.
