Professional Indemnity Solicitor | Liverpool | NQ+ Professional Indemnity Solicitor - Construction Location: Liverpool (Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office) Level: NQ+ | Open to a range of PQE levels Working pattern: Full-time or part-time Salary: Dependent on experience I'm working with a highly regarded defendant insurance law firm that is looking to grow its Professional Indemnity team, with opportunities available in Liverpool and potentially other office locations, particularly Birmingham. The team has an excellent reputation in the market and is looking to bring in a solicitor with experience in defendant insurance, professional indemnity and construction litigation. The opportunity is open to lawyers at NQ level and above, with scope to develop your experience and take on increasingly complex work. The role - You'll work closely with experienced partners and colleagues on a varied caseload of construction-related professional indemnity claims, including high-value, multi-party disputes and smaller claims that you'll manage yourself. - The work may also include policy coverage advice and defending construction professionals in disciplinary proceedings before their professional bodies. - You'll act on behalf of a broad range of construction professionals, including architects, engineers, surveyors, project managers and contractors. There will be opportunities to develop your technical expertise, gain client exposure and build towards managing your own high-value, complex matters.
