IP Litigation Associate

IP Litigation Associate | Texas An opportunity for a mid-level IP Litigation Associate to join a highly regarded international law firm, with opportunities available in its Texas practice. The firm is looking to add an Associate with 3-5 years' experience to its established Intellectual Property Litigation team. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated patent disputes, representing both patent owners and accused infringers across a range of complex proceedings. The role will involve: - Representing clients in complex patent litigation before US District Courts. - Handling matters before the International Trade Commission (ITC). - Experience with PTAB proceedings before the USPTO. - Acting for both patent owners and accused infringers. - Working on high-profile, technically complex IP disputes alongside an established team of experienced practitioners. The ideal candidate will have: - 3-5 years' experience in patent litigation. - A strong background in complex IP disputes. - Experience across both plaintiff and defence-side patent litigation. - A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience). - Admission to the Texas Bar. - USPTO registration would be advantageous, but is not essential.
