Large Loss Solicitor We have a new instruction for a Solicitor with large loss experience to join a well established law firm based in Greater Manchester. The Firm: - Recognised top tier firm - Well respected and successful insurance team - Top practice know in the market for its excellence in handling insurance work What will you be doing? You will be working directly with one of the Partners, this is a great opportunity for you to progress your career at a nationally recognised law firm. Your role will include pre and post litigation claims involving a mixture of claims including large loss with high value cases mainly £5 million plus including indemnity disputes, liability and quantum. The team deals with claims involving complex injuries, brain injuries, spinal injuries and amputations predominantly following accidents at work, public liability claims and motor accident. The Role: - Solicitor within the motor team - In charge of ensuring all cases are dealt with in line with regulations - Practice good file management - Keep up to date with all correspondence relating to files - Undergo regular supervision with your line manager receiving day-to-day support in handling your varied and busy caseload What do I need? You will need to be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales ideally with at least 2 years' experience in CAT PI Claims.
